About the artwork
George Washington in Prayer
This christian wall art portrays George Washington kneeling in prayer beside a white horse, with winter sunlight breaking through the forest. Drawing on the traditional imagery of Washington at prayer rather than a documented moment, the composition places military resolve beneath a quieter expression of trust. A gold cross and Psalm 118:8, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man,” lend a devotional focus to a study or prayer space.
